Software design

Think through the software before production begins.

SpecCraft turns an early idea—or an existing codebase—into a connected product blueprint. The same graph drives requirements, journeys, interface states, an interactive prototype, validation findings, architecture decisions, and agent-ready implementation work.

01 · The problem

Why this exists

Teams often discover the product while coding it. Requirements, flows, content, architecture, prototypes, and tasks drift across separate tools until none of them reliably describes what will actually be built.

02 · The approach

The architectural bet

Give every decision and artifact an identity, provenance, lifecycle, and typed relationship. Generate documents and prototypes as projections of that graph, so a changed requirement exposes its downstream impact instead of silently creating contradictions.

03 · The product

What it is built to do

  1. 01

Adaptive discovery for greenfield, existing, and partially built products

  2. 02

Connected blueprint with impact analysis and evidence-based readiness gates

  3. 03

Interactive prototype studio with explicit states and scenario playback

  4. 04

Validation lab and traceable, agent-readable implementation handoff
