Mental health tools you do, not just read.
Raml turns the evidence-based worksheet canon into private, interactive mobile exercises. Thought records, exposure hierarchies, assessments, grounding tools, trackers, and guided practices are built to be completed—not merely read—without requiring an account or network connection.

01 · The problem
Why this exists
Mental health apps often offer passive content or a single chatbot. People doing real therapeutic homework still rely on paper worksheets or scattered single-purpose apps, and privacy is frequently traded for convenience.
02 · The approach
The architectural bet
The full core toolkit works locally and stores data on the device by default. Ten reusable exercise engines power 149 tools, creating breadth without 149 inconsistent implementations. Optional cloud and AI features remain explicit additions rather than foundations.
